The Local Government Unit of Bayabas, through the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), successfully conducted the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2026 today, June 18, 2026, at Tabing-dagat Elementary School, Brgy. Lapaz, Bayabas, Surigao del Sur.
The MDRRMO extends its sincere appreciation to the school head, Ms. Perlita S. Caรฑete, teachers, students, Bayabas Police Station, Bayabas Fire Station, SERTSS Bayabas, and all participants for their active cooperation and support, which contributed to the successful conduct of the drill.
Through continued collaboration and regular preparedness activities, we strengthen our commitment to building a safer and more disaster-resilient Bayabas.
