A Pre-Disaster Risk Assessment (PDRA) was conducted with the members of the ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐ ๐น๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐ (MDRRMC), led by ๐๐ช๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ก ๐๐๐ฎ๐ค๐ง ๐๐ค๐ฃ. ๐ผ๐ฅ๐ค๐ก๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ค ๐ฝ. ๐๐ค๐ฏ๐๐๐.
