With great honor and pride, we extend our warmest congratulations to our esteemed compatriot and Bayabasnon, 2nd Lieutenant Jack Russell Lamela Ligutan, a distinguished graduate of the Philippine Military Academy Bagong Sinag Class of 2024. During the flag-raising ceremony on June 3, 2024, 2LT Ligutan was presented with Resolution No. 66 series of 2024, commending him for being this municipality’s first PMA graduate and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Silvestre and Evelyn Ligutan, for this noteworthy achievement. In response and as a gesture of courtesy, 2LT Ligutan politely handed over a set of his uniforms to LGU Bayabas in the presence of LGU Bayabas officials and employees, led by Mayor Apolonio B.
